One guarantee in life is that there will be changes. These life transitions be they happy or sad, can cause stress. With my organizational skills, I can coach you through the transitions and minimize some of this stress. Regardless of which of these life transitions you may be faced with, developing an organizational strategy will help alleviate some of the stress and I can help you!
What do adults do when they combine years’ worth of stuff from two households into one?
Is your home ready for an Open House? A home will sell quicker if a buyer can freely see the space and imagine their belongings there. Cluttered rooms and closets tell the buyer the house is too small and there is not enough storage.
What do we do with all of the “stuff” we have accumulated when we decide it is necessary to downsize? How do we help our elders sort through a lifetime of acquired possesions and memories into a smaller living space?
So perhaps your space is organized but you’ve just inherited a home full of someone else’s things. Where do you begin once the family has claimed the items that mean the most to them? Sorting through an estate can be emotionally draining and very time consuming.
- Initial Organizing Consultation: $25.00 for a 45 min. visit. This amount will be waived if you sign up for a 3 hour organizing session at the time of the consulation.
- Organizing Services: $40.00 per hour (3hr. minimum)
- Travel Rate
There is no charge for mileage 50 miles and under (round-trip). Roundtrip mileage over 50 miles is $1.00 per mile. Miles will be based on Google Maps results.
Products & Storage Items
I am happy to locate products and/or storage items for you.
Purchased items will be reimbursed at cost + 10%.
Payment is due at the end of each organizing session.
